In order to fulfil your orders or answer your questions, Genlias and its participating archives need to know some information about you. This includes your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. These personal details will be treated with the utmost care and confidentiality.

General data is also collected about visitors to the Genlias website. This includes information about page views and services provided. It is collected in order to improve the website and to help us respond better to the wishes of our visitors. It is also used in generating general reports. As a rule, this data is general in nature and cannot be traced back to individual visitors.

Genlias and its participating archives will not disclose any information about any registered user or visitor to its website to any third party unless required to do so under Dutch law.
